JOB DESCRIPTION:
SPA OFFICER (STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS)

SPA KAM Officer is responsible of managing the accounts of SPA suppliers assigned to his/her portfolio. Is the contact person in the area of Finance for SPA suppliers of the company.

As main tasks:

- To manage supplier account enquiries through Ticketing (SFW
- To support the end-to-end processes of invoice and account management. Will be responsible for the invoices’ chasing and accounting, and resolution of incidences (as per SLA defined and responsible for achieving main KPI’s)
- Preparation of ordinary payment proposals
- Compensations of SPA prepayments, and reconciling accounts
- Monitoring of debtor balances and HBX risk
- Will give support to different stakeholders in the company, such as Sourcing, Legal,
- Will coordinate with rest of team members tasks handling and achievement
- Other activities related the Purchase To Pay processes
- To support continuous improvement projects

**Job Description**:

- Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
- A good understanding of account payable principles, previous experience desired
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong MS Office knowledge, SAP experience desired
- Team player, detail oriented, results oriented, self-motivated with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish
