**¿Qué estamos buscando?**

Estamos buscando al/la siguiente **Customer Success Ops Analyst** para que se incorpore al equipo de Customer Success Global (Growth).

**Vas a tener la oportunidad de...**
- Diseñar e implementar procesos de modelo operativo de Customer Success en México, en conjunto con equipos de Revenue de México y equipos de CSX Global y Monetización.
- Liderar planificaciones locales de CSX en México con foco en resultados, aprendizajes e iniciativas estratégicas para logro de metas de retención, auto-atención, experiência y eficiencia.
- Detectar oportunidades de mejora de retención, efectividad comercial y auto-atención. Colaborar con producto/growth/revenue/riesgo/operaciones para su solución.
- Identificar, consolidar y comunicar insights relevantes a nível de cliente (tickets, comunicaciones, nps, feedback, llamados, etc.) para su uso de toda la compañía, asegurando planes concretos para abordar principales desafíos detectados.
- Ser referente en equipo de México de temas de retención, soporte y experiência.

**¿Qué te hará tener éxito?
- 2 años de experiência en área comercial demostrando buenos resultados.
- Conocimiento intermedio de Excel (o Google Sheets) y CRM (ej. Hubspot).
- Ganas de aprender o manejar herramientas de BI, SQL, Data Studio, CRM u otra.
- Capacidad de estructurar y resolver problemas dentro del ámbito comercial.
- Motivación intrínseca, trabajo proactivo, muy detallista y responsable.
- No tener miedo a tomar decisiones y ejecutar proyectos.

**Lo que nos llamará mucho la atención...**
- Manejo de herramientas de BI, SQL, Data Studio, CRM, programación u otra.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
