**Responsibilities**:

- Production Planning
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Outbound management
- Inbound management
- Capital Management and Production Activity Control
- Freight Management
- Inventory Management
- Production Line Capacity Management
- Just-in-Time Manufacturing
- Demand Planning
- Customer Service
- Develop strategies & Optimize processes for Logistics and Supply Chain
- Drive and implement local and global projects
- Secure competences and development of the team
- Responsible for managing KPIs and target fulfillment

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English is a must
- HVAC background preferred
- SAP, BM, PP, MM - Scor model, QMS - SNC, EDI
- VSM, Kanban, VMI, Consignment stock
- Negotiation
- Cost effectiveness
- Knowledge in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Root cause problem solving (RCPS) using 4D & 8D
- Continuous Improvement
