Sr. Desktop Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Must be self-motivated and able to perform in an unsupervised environment and work remotely with a team of IT professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- This position plays a role in all facets of desktop management, including software distribution, security, and asset management.
- Prioritization of issues
- Manage projects throughout their lifecycle
- Provide reports to management on Help Desk activity
- Train end-users and provide support for Help Desk Analysts
- Occasional travel to other offices including US and Panama
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or related degree
- Must have experience working in WAN environment, providing end-user support, Installation, and repair of hardware and software.
- Superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - fluent written/spoken Spanish/English
- Mastery knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10+)
- Advanced knowledge of data networking, LAN, and WAN concepts
- Intermediate knowledge of systems security and account provisioning
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related degree
- Experience with Azure
- Experience with Intune Endpoint Manager
- Knowledge of software packaging and deployment
