Ingredion is seeking a Senior Analyst Accountant for our GDL Location supporting primarily the Latam in addition to others as assigned. The Senior Analyst will lead assigned accounting tasks and project initiatives to drive business impact while fostering an environment of accelerating learning and development. As the Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with the Associate Manager on both day to day and strategic initiatives and implement and identify training opportunities for new and current team members. You will be responsible for accurate and timely accounting activities in a highly controlled environment.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment while establishing relationships within Ingredion’s Global Finance Teams including Controllers and COEs (Centers of Excellence).

**Core Responsibilities**:
Primary responsibilities include leading an accounting team to deliver high quality accounting services in a timely and accurate fashion and ensuring adherence to strong internal controls.
- Support the Associate Manager while ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly and yearly accounting activities as assigned and within documented controls and timeframes.
- Manage high priority initiatives as assigned.
- Partner with Finance and business teams to understand and monitor monthly activity to produce complete and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and publish internal month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
- Perform or/and review accounting reconciliations and balance sheet trend analysis, as assigned.
- Perform or review BPC monthly reports.
- Perform or review service fee.
- Review journal entries, reclassifications, and accruals.
- Perform high level and
