Responsibilities and authority
- Responsible for leading the Plant Operations, starting with the safety and integrity of the personnel in charge.
- Responsible to lead with his superintendents that the production programs are fulfilled according to the Production Order or production program with quality, productivity, efficiency and safety.
- Responsible for complying with the production objectives established by the production control department.
- Responsible for verifying with Superintendents the established goals.
- Responsible for coordinating and verifying that the production superintendents under his/her charge perform their work routines according to procedures.
- Responsible for coordinating and verifying 5S'S compliance.
- Responsible for planning and organizing the fulfillment of the goals established by the plant.
- Responsible for raising awareness among his personnel for compliance with the Safety Regulations, as well as the company's Safety System.
- Responsible for visualizing in conjunction with his Superintendents in advance the material to start operations.
- Responsible for leading the operations involved in the product elaboration process.
- Responsible for leading the personnel in charge in order to achieve the proposed objectives in all the operations.
