The Wholesale Manager will be responsible to manage the wholesale partners, to supervise the Area in every aspect of the business. She or he is responsible to grant sales, marketing & trainings plan according to the quantitative and qualitative targets (strategy) coming from OMEGA HQ and OMEGA Mexico and in strictly cooperation with the Brand Manager OMEGA Mexico.
Achieve quantitative (sell in, sell out) & qualitative objectives (Visual Merchandising, assortment, marketing ans sales promotion activities, training activities)
First point of contact with wholesale partners. Build up and cultivate good relation with all steak holders
**Generate quantitative analysis**: Sell-In, Sell-Out, assortment, stock rotation, bestsellers, average price etc.
Guarantee qualitative aspects of every point of sales in terms of brand environment, sales staff, visual merchandising, staff trainings
Establish and implement action plan with wholesale partners to achieve targets
Initiate and implement marketing activities, campaigns and promotional programming in collaboration with Brand Manager & Marketing & PR Manager
Assure optimal assortment, POS-Material needs, right campaign, optimize order procedure (auto-replenishment), manage appropriate stock levels and rotation at POS
Establish staff trainings in collaboration with Marketing & PR Manager
Ensure account meets Company merchandising guidelines
Presentation and Sell-In new collection.
Control of budget per accountReview business results with customers and take actions.
Assure contracts criteria with all retailers & control the respecting of the criteria
Open new accounts according to the wholesale strategy.
Close accounts none performing & none respecting contract criteria in accordance with OMEGA HQ strategy and in close collaboration with Brand Manager.
Qualify accounts to determine opportunity and investment levels
Establish visit reports after every vist and follow up
Collaborate with Sales Coordinator in order to guarantee auto-replenishment, corre collections targets
Collaborte with Marketing Manager to establish Marketing, Media ans Sales Plan per POS
Control of the visit plan & visit reports
Responsible for sales figures in Business Plan Strong collaboration with Logistics & Marketing department and Retail CoordinatorInforms the Brand Manager of all and every extraordinary or irregular points and elements in the field of his/her responsibility
Follow up of all new and renovations projects in collaboration with Brand Manager and OMEGA HQ VM Department (RMIS)
Guarantee training level and knowledge about the brand and product for wholesale and retail sales staff
