Team Overview:
HRBP for food business, handle daily HRBP matters including strategic planning, budget & HC management, employee full cycle management, etc.

Role Responsibilities:

- Around 5-8 years of experience.
- Advanced English is a must since it reports directly to China
- University diploma is required.
- At least 3 years as HRBP for White Collars population.
- First tier of Global company/high tech/internet company experience is preferred.
- Good critical and systematic thinking.
- Good business sense. Able to translate the business needs to organization work.
- Communication. Able to handle stakeholders partnership well.
- Good people understanding & empathy.
- Fit into the culture of fast pace & with lots of ambiguities.
- Able to handle high pressure and last min changes
- Able to deal with possible long working hours.
