Reporting to the CRM Senior Director, we are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team in Mexico City with a focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.

**Responsibilities**
- Ideate strategies for innovative retention and loyalty programs to improve customer lifetime value (CLV), increase loyalty and reduce churn rates.
- Collaborate with our creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns.
- Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success, including tagging strategies.
- Analyse campaign and data results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in CRM with working knowledge of marketing automation solutions (Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze, and Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices
- Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and Appsflyer (desirable)
- Experience in loyalty programs, specially in the retail sector
- Desirable knowledge of Customer Journey development.
- Experienced in data analysis and ability to interpret it.
- Knowledge in content grids, Tags for digital communication tracking
