We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant Project Manager to join our client’s team. As a Virtual Assistant Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring their successful completion within the given timeframes. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager;
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members;
- Proficiency in project management tools (Miro, Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp...);
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables;
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation;
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints;
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion;
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues;
- Maintain effective communication channels with clients, team members, and stakeholders;
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and relevant files;
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions;
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices;
- Assist team members in resolving project-related challenges.
