**About the opportunity**

The Ellucian Professional Services LAC Team is seeking two Project Management interns to join us for the spring of 2025. The intern will be working under the supervision of the team manager or a Senior Professional services team member and will learn the basics of pursuing and managing projects. The intern will be involved in meaningful and challenging work and will build valuable expertise in management projects, including allocation and assignments of resources, schedule meetings with client, sending agendas, taking meeting notes and delivering to the client at the end of the meeting, building tools in Excel/PowerPoint/Word adding task to the MSP (Clarity), and compliance management.

**Where you will make an impact**
- Conducting with client agendas, meeting notes, delivering zoom video and following action items
- Creating preliminary alignment between customer institutional priorities
- Creating allocations and assignments to MSP (Clarity)
- Reviewing and editing draft customer-facing and internal documents including contract, Change Request, WBS expiring and other client-facing and internal documents
- Supporting the PM on charge of the main account
- Creating tools in MS Office that can be reused
