Assists the local Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies, reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases, and maintaining process documentation.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating risks.
- Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.
- Utilizing systems and tools to assist the Engineering function with product data and evaluations to ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle.
- Utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to assure effective introduction of new products.
- Providing quality training to local teams, enabling them to define and document processes that are efficient and under control.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- +3 years of experience working in similar position.
- Knowledge in Electrical, Quality Systems, Electrical Cells and Electrical Industry.
- Experience in quality assurance metrics: warranties, non-conforming products and warranty cases.
- Knowledge of quality standards and ISO9001.
- Advanced level of English.
