**The Opportunity**

Are you passionate about finding the right talent and helping businesses grow? Join our team as a **Talent Acquisition Partner** and play a key role in hiring specialized professionals. We’re looking for someone with experience in recruitment who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

**Your Impact**

As a **Talent Acquisition Partner**your functions would consist:

- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Ensure an inclusive hiring process by promoting diverse talent representation.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and meet agreed-upon hiring goals.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**Advanced English**, as this role has daily communication with native speakers.- At least **1 year of experience with an recruitment process** (end to end), ideally hiring specialized roles.- Minimum **6 months of experience working with ATS** (Applicant Tracking System)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
