What You'll Do:

- Research Execution: Assist in the execution of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis using statistical software and tools to derive meaningful insights and trends from research data. Support the team in translating complex data into clear and concise reports.
- Questionnaire Creation and Programming: Contribute to the development of questionnaires, surveys, and research instruments. Assist in programming online surveys and ensuring the smooth functioning of data collection tools.
- Questionnaire Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of questionnaires to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal respondent experience. Perform quality assurance checks to identify and rectify any issues or errors in data collection instruments.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency within research processes, optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and project management strategies. Implement best practices and quality control measures to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective project execution.

**Actividades a realizar**:
El/la Analista de investigación de mercado, bajo la supervisión del líder de departamento, será responsable de la planeación, implementación, coordinación y entrega de resultados de estudios de inv. de mercados. También tendrá el contacto y trabajo en equipo con departamentos internos, proveedores y socios. Las principales actividades incluyen:

- Planeación de tiempos de estudio
- Diseño de cuestionario
- Programación de cuestionario
- Preparación de materiales para cuestionarios
- Traducción
- Monitoreo de campo
- Procesamiento de datos y cálculo de diferencias significativas
- Codificación de verbalizaciones
- Analizar datos, gráficar y elaboración de reportes en español y en inglés
- Documentación y organización de archivos relacionados con proyectos
- Organizar y supervisar actividades con empleados de medio tiempo
