- ** Inglés Indispensable: Experiência conversaciones de negocios**:
- Job Resp: Enlace entre vendedores y área de operaciones. Revisión, confirmación y seguimiento de las órdenes. Detalle de Order Entry. Revisión one by one de pedidos
- Actividades: Procesamiento diario de órdenes y mantenimiento de fechas de los clientes, seguimiento de órdenes de Compra en Sistema SAP
- Documentación de información de almacén
- INDISPENSABLE Manejo de SAP
- 2 a 3 años de experiência previa en mismas actividades (Customer Service / Warehouse / Logistics)
**Las principales actividades del puesto son**:
- Emitir pedidos de venta, monitoreo de pedidos
- Crear un Demos de Préstamo/Demo orden de Retorno/Orden de Entrega/Crédito/Débito de manera oportuna.
- Enlace con Oficina Matriz para monitorear y rastrear el pedido a México según lo programado
- Archivar los inventarios, entregas, documentos de importaciones/exportaciones, localizar efectivamente el documento en caso de ser requerido.
- Orden de Compra / Orden de Servicio / Nota de Entrega.
**Contratación**:
- Contrato directo con la empresa por tiempo Indeterminado
- Todas las prestaciones de Ley
- Prestaciones Superiores:
onthly Salary: $30,000 - $33,000 brutos mensuales
Annual KPI Bonus $30,000
Food Tickets: 13% monthly
Restaurant tickets: 13%monthly
Saving Fund: 9%
