Production Supervisor in Tlaxcala

**Our exciting opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Production Supervisor to support hardware manufacturing to develop, implement and maintain profitable, ergonomic and safe production, repair and claim processes, and equipment and tools, in accordance with production rules.
**You'll**:
Manage production performance by collecting data, analyzing, verifying, modifying, implementing and updating production processes using methods and tools.
Propose product improvements to the design in pre-development and projects
Develop product requirements and design rules from a supply perspective.
Build practice and produce skill.
Develop and innovate production processes.
Maintain and prepare existing production processes
Analyze and improve production processes.
Perform flow optimizations
Ensuring business continuity and sustainability plans
Manage production teams.
**To be successful in the position you must have**:
Minimum 2 years work experience as production supervisor,
Minimum 6 months experience as production lead (desirable)
Experience in managing unionized personnel and situational leadership,
Technical knowledge of the manufacture of antennas, radios, or electronic equipment,
Good communication in English
Knowledge in PC software, parcel and Networks,
