Web Developer

**Position overview**: Your mission as **Web Developer** will be to work with design and tech teams to accomplish optimized digital platforms with strong performance and exceptional user experience.

**Location**: Av. Sor Juana Ines De La Cruz No. 22, 54000 Tlanepantla, Estado de México.

**Type**: In-person

**Main activities**:

- Design and Development: Create and customize WordPress themes according to client or project needs, ensuring an attractive and functional user interface. In addition to participating in development and integration with other proprietary platforms.
- Site Maintenance: Manage updates for themes, plugins, and the WordPress platform to ensure security and performance.
- Integrations: Configure and maintain integrations with other platforms and tools, such as payment systems, CRMs, and marketing tools.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues on the website, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on procedures, configurations, and updates made to the sites.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Advanced english is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience creating and integrating APIs and other external services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a team environment.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and web accessibility best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize web performance.
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms like Airtable and Softr.

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience using version control tools like Git.
- Basic UX/UI knowledge to collaborate with design teams.
- Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier or Make.
- Experience with basic technical SEO.
- Ability to document processes and development best practices.
