Resumen: This individual will act as an internal consultant and business expert to independently lead one or more end-to-end Talent Management processes and provide support to other Talent Management processes as needed. **Responsabilidades**:
**Talent and Performance Management Processes**
- Manage company-wide Objective Setting along with Mid-Year and Year End performance review processes.
- Establish and report on KPIs related to performance management process.
- Functions as an internal consultant to assess, measure, and enhance the performance of employees.
- Works as a business expert identifying opportunities to partner with employees to support the organization's business goals and objectives.

**Leadership and Team Development**
- Design, develop, and/or facilitate various types of team building sessions.
- Develop tools and training focused at helping employees own their career development.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of various learning and development programs.

**Company Culture**
- Continue to drive the company Mission, Vision and Behaviors (i.e., values) throughout the organization.
- Manage key programs related to onboarding, recognition, and other areas related to organizational culture and employee experience
- Evaluates project performance on the basis of meeting budgets, project deadlines, and client satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required in Organizational Development, Org. Behavior or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field, Master’s preferred
- Bachelors: 4-10 years of relevant experience; Masters: 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
