**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Oracle PL/SQL, including cursors, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector (preferred).
- Experience working in Agile/Sprints models.
- Knowledge of Postgres databases (preferred).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain complex database solutions using Oracle-SQL-RDBMS and PL/SQL to support business operations.
- Optimize database performance by analyzing and tuning SQL queries and database structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and adhering to company policies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Create and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve database solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular database audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Assist in the development of data models and architecture to support new projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Support the implementation of data governance and compliance measures to protect sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong expertise in Oracle-SQL-RDBMS and PL/SQL, with proven experience in the Payer domain.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality database solutions.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of data security and privacy principles.
