This position is responsible to set goals and objectives, and plan, organize, integrate and measure work performed. Manage warehouse leaders to achieve KPIs and implement materials management strategies.

**Job Description**:
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support new product design teams by providing appropriate test material.
- Review and thoroughly understand product functionality.
- Establish and execute schedules associated with material supply.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of reports; manage documentation control systems.
- Prioritize and manage multiple test projects within design specifications and budgetary constraints.
- Act as a technical resource to other departments to address and resolve test issues.
- Provide performance feedback to cross functional team members for performance reviews.
- Maintain technical proficiency and stay current on technology and industry changes.
- Support the manager in the creation and optimization of the internal production management system.
- Understand and provide solutions to resolve operational constraints.
- Implement preventative operational improvement activity based on actuals with the relevant function team.
- Be able to evaluate the performance of team members and provide suggestions or even improvement solutions.
- High performance in data analysis for improvement process, continues mastery of improvement process.
- Responsible for inventory control in the test lab warehouse.
- Cycle count and personnel management, and execution and management of supply chain audits.
- Review and manage for import and export.
- Manage and execute scrap disposal.

What we need you to have:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a Warehouse.
- Experience in on-time deliveries.
- Familiarity with the mechanical properties of these materials.
- Possess knowledge of Engineering materials used in power tools and power tool accessories.
- Be fluent in English.
- Organizational skills.
- Problem solving and analysis.
- Willingness to learn and develop team.
- Interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
