The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and office management at an international office. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, manages cross-border communication, and supports business operations by maintaining efficient office processes. The Administration Manager will coordinate with global teams, vendors, and local authorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee daily operations of the international office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. - Manage office infrastructure, including leases, maintenance, security, and IT coordination. - Maintain a professional, safe, and compliant work environment, adhering to local workplace regulations. - Ensure procurement and inventory management for office supplies, IT equipment, and facility needs. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies. - Liaise with local authorities and legal consultants to address compliance matters. - Maintain updated records, licenses, and permits required for international office operations. - Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination with HQ. - Serve as a bridge between headquarters and the international office, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. - Support remote teams and facilitate business travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations for international employees. - Organize and coordinate company meetings, training sessions, and corporate events in the region. - Provide administrative support to HR for recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. - Assist in cultural adaptation and integration for expatriate employees. - Address workplace concerns and escalate issues to HR as needed. - Identify and implement process improvements for international administrative efficiency. - Act as a key point of contact for international office operations. - Handle special projects as assigned by leadership. **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in an international setting. - Experience working with multinational teams or global operations is a plus. **Skills & Competencies**: - Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and business compliance requirements. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and administrative software. - Experience working across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Salary & Compensation**: Monthly Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 MXN (Net). Bonus: Per performance IMSS, Vacations, Benefits above those required by law Schedule: 08:30 to 17:00, Monday thru Friday Location: Col. Americana, Guadalajara, Jal.
