**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies.
- Platform Expertise: Mastery in managing and scaling campaigns on Facebook (Meta), TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns, landing pages, and checkout processes for maximum impact.
- Creative Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy that drives conversions and resonates with audiences.
- Excellent Communicator: Clear, effective communication skills.

**Responsibilities for Media Buyer role**:
1) Campaign Execution and Monitoring:

- Assist in planning, executing, and managing media buying campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.

2) Media Buying:

- Collaborate with the senior media buyer or marketing team to purchase digital and traditional advertising space.
- Negotiate rates and manage vendor relationships for media buys.

3) Audience Targeting:

- Assist in developing audience targeting strategies based on data insights, demographics, and customer profiles.
- Set up, analyze, and optimize audience segments to improve performance.

4) Budget Management:

- Work within assigned budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient.
- Monitor budget allocation, making adjustments as needed to optimize spend.

5) Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance and provide reports to senior media buyers or marketing managers.
- Assist in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for future campaign improvements.

6) Ad Creation and Collaboration:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and messaging that aligns with campaign goals.
- Test different creative variations and report on the performance of each.
- Market Research:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on new marketing tools, trends, and best practices in media buying.

7) Platform Management:

- Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, - TikTok Ads, and others.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and guidelines.

8) Optimization:

- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance (CTR, CPA, conversion rates, etc.).
- Implement A/B tests to find the most effective strategies.

9) Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and sales
