We are searching for the best talent for 360 Solutions Analyst to be in CDMX.

Purpose:
The 360 Solutions Analyst role is critical to shape the ongoing success of the business: ensuring the operational excellence through the ISO9001 and the quality system in place to being an Integral Solutions leader in Mexico.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensure ISO 9001 daily execution and define the evolution journey in terms of quality system management
- Leading internal and external audits of the quality management system
- Monitoring of operation and process opportunities in terms of customer satisfaction
- Monitoring of process deviations and ensure action plans to improve processes
- Document the entire quality management system
- Run Risk assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in terms of set a quality culture in the organization
- Data analysis and trends
- Seek continuous improvement
- Ensure a data driven culture and leverage business insights
- Present results on a monthly basis to the different stakeholders
- Promote a culture of ethics and compliance

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Education: University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required
- 5 years of professional relevant PMO, operations or quality experience
- Experience in Medical Devices / Medtech is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others
- Creative thinker, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communicator with effective influencing skills
- Strong analytical & organizational skills
- The ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and virtual team environment is required
- Highly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver
- English: intermediate
