Responsibility for Finance, Controlling, Tax and Financial and Fiscal Audit for 2 manufacturing locations in Mexico.
Legal representative for 4 Mexican entities.
Active business partner to Plant Directors in the achievement of operational goals for 2 Mexican manufacturing sites.
Active partner to Americas CFO in establishing and driving financial strategy for long term growth of Mexican sites.
Disciplinary responsibility for Finance & Controlling teams in Mexico.
Developing yearly budget and mid-term (5 yr) planning as well as quarterly forecasts.
Steering of budget/forecast financial execution in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
Lead and supervise monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and reporting, manage internal and external annual audits.
Monitor and implement regulatory changes for accounting and taxes in Mexico and supervise tax filling and tax returns.
Ensue accuracy of accounting, correct financial reporting and compliance with Group policies and procedures, IFRS and MEX GAAP.
