As a Lab Analyst you’ll assure the quality of key ingredients used in our company’s products worldwide. Perform basic and complex testing of materials using the required chemical, analytical and/ or sensorial methodology according to quality guidelines. You’ll drives continuous improvement (OE) within lab operations to enhance quality and service while reducing the costs.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Act as ingredient quality expert and consultant by responding to targeted questions while making alignment with internal stakeholders both globally and locally.
- Ability to perform basic and complex testing of materials at a high level by using the required chemical, microbiological, physical, analytical and/or sensorial methodology as required on ingredients, intermediates and finished products and report results.
- Ability to communicate technical information both verbally and in written reports that is understandable by technical and non-technical audiences; to produce report of results and recommendations that is clear and concise. Build technical relationships.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Business level of English (Conversation and writing)
- Bachelor of Science or Chemistry or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in either field of R&D or Quality assurance or Laboratory operations.
- Project Management skill and experiences.
- Be familiar with hazardous chemicals and laboratory safety.
- Good oral and written communication skills to make alignment with cross-functional teams to build consensus on technical viewpoints.
- Highly motivated to protect quality in holistic view and collaborative behavior.
- Innovative and logical thinking for development of business outputs.
- Experiences for root cause analysis and problem solving based on facts.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge for Microbiology or Analytical chemistry. Knowledge for Food thermal process, Beverage processing, Disinfectant.
- Master degree
