Plan, coordinate, and track production work orders to ensure on-time delivery, resource optimization, and production efficiency. Plan, coordinate, and track production work orders to ensure on-time delivery, resource optimization, and production efficiency.
- Analyze demand and schedule production based on available capacity.
- Generate and release work orders in the ERP/MRP system.
- Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, paint, and integration departments to prioritize production.
- Track work order progress and manage deviations.
- Expedite critical work orders to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Analyze production times and installed capacity to improve efficiency.
- Generate performance reports such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), production plan compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose planning improvements.
- Maintain constant communication with production, engineering, quality, and purchasing departments.
- Participate in planning meetings to assess workload and resolve operational issues.

Experiência y requisitos
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing (preferably sheet metal).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (QAD).
- Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, time studies, and work measurements.
- Capacity planning and workload analysis.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
