**We are hiring a Customer Satisfaction Analyst**
The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting customer satisfaction research, identifying potential areas for improvement in overall performance, measuring service satisfaction, and coordinating the military agenda.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Satisfaction Research**: Designing and implementing surveys, questionnaires, and feedback mechanisms. Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Identifying Improvement Opportunities**: Using data analysis to detect areas for improvement. Collaborating with teams to develop action plans.
- **Measuring Service Satisfaction**: Creating and maintaining KPIs for service satisfaction. Analyzing KPI data to assess service performance.
- **Coordinating Military Agenda**: Acting as the main contact for military agenda-related activities. Liaising with internal stakeholders and military partners for smooth execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer satisfaction analysis or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in coordinating events or agendas is a plus.
