Manufacturing specifications review Performs all activities required in the procedures, processes and operating manuals assigned to the Manufacturing Engineer MBOM (Manufacturing bill of materials) review

Tooling review Special process review MSTA (Master tape) elaboration

Modification to operation sheets due to process improvements/client revision changes/time adjustment

Elaboration of tool orders

Performing and closing assigned corrective actions on time and updating in TIPQA in a timely manner.

Prepare disposition information of non-conforming material and/or parts for customer disposition

Generate internal disposition of material and/or parts with a problemInteract with operations to prepare information for disposition to manufacturing problems

Active participation in RPS (Rapid Problem Solving Sessions)

Active participation in RCA (Root cause and corrective action sessions) Active participation in the elaboration of DID' (Detect improve document), SKI's(Single kaizen improvement) and FOKA's(Formal kaizen)

Review of manufacturing processes

Participation in the elaboration of the training of operating personnel

Validation of consumable quantities in Min - Max processes

Assignment and validation of alternate tooling for processes Direct support in rework/questions to shop floor

Review of products to verify manufacturability, acceptance or rejection.
- Graduate engineer in aerospace, mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering
- 2+ years of experience in metal-mechanical processes (machining)
- Understanding of MRP and ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of CAD-CAM software CAD modeling and assembly experience
- CAM programming and post-processing programs
- Understand CNC machine kinematics (3,4,5 axis milling, vertical/horizontal lathe) Understand G-Code 85%.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Manufacturing
- Drawing Interpretation and GD&T
- Basic handling of measuring instruments
- Contribute to plant safety Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies (DMAIC, 5 why's)
- English 85% indispensable
- Willingness to travel and visa
- Professional integrity
- Basic knowledge of AS9100 and APQP-PPAP
