En Totum Talent buscamos talento como HR Consultant; somos una Consultoria de Recursos Humanas enfocada en brindar asesoría y consultoría en temas estratégicos de recursos humanos para PYMES y grandes empresas. Nos encontramos ubicados en San Pedro García, Nuevo León.

**MISION**
- Tu misión será realizar la planeación y gestión de los proyectos de consultoría (operativos y estratégicos), brindando una asesoría especializada de recursos humanos hacia clientes internos y externos, enfocándose en optimización y mejora continua de procesos. Diseñará soluciones considerando personas, procesos y tecnologías involucradas; aplicanod metodologías acordes al contexto del cliente y desde el entendimiento de su negocio._

**ACTIVIDADES**
- Asegurará la entrega de los proyectos (gestionando de inicio a fin); asegurando que las iniciativas cumplan con las necesidades del cliente y los objetivos del proyecto planteados.
- Planeación y coordinación de procesos a los proyectos y servicios de consultoría tanto operativos como estratégicos.
- asegurar el apego a los procesos realineando el plan de acción acorde al contexto del cliente, especificaciones funcionales para facilitar estrategias de mejora eficientes.
- Gestión de proyectos y servicios de consultoría operativos y estratégicos (outplacement, clima organizacional, career advisory, talent assesment, team building, balance organizacional, etc.) logrando que los proyectos se entreguen en tiempo y forma
- Apoyo en la ejecución de plan de acción de proyectos y servicios de consultoría estratégicos.
- Coordinación y desarrollo de equipo de consultoría
- Atención a cliente y canalización de prioridades
- Facilitar entregables a los clientes en tiempo y forma una vez se haya concluido el proyecto
- Asegurar facturación de proyectos entregados con el equipo de administración.
- Establecer sistemas de control para el cumplimiento de la implementación de los servicios de consultoría
- Renovar conocimiento sobre avances en el campo y presentar nuevas ideas (metodologías, tecnologías, etc)
- Desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios del área.
- Asegurar la estandarización del departamento
- Mejora continua del departamento
- Gestión de proyectos internos de mejora continua

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios concluidos en carreras como Psicología, Psicología Organizacional o Labora, Recursos Humanos, Dirección Estratégica de Capital Humano, Administración (con enfoque en RH) o afines.
- Experiência como consultor o bien abordando diferentes áreas de RH.
- Experiência en temas de reestructura organizacional, desarrollo y ejecución de entrevistas, investigaciones de mercado.
- Conocimiento en metodologías y herramientas de investigación.
- Ingles intermedio - avanzado.
