**The Role**

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a **Consultor/a SAP CAR**con experiência en el sector retail y en entornos de implementación **RISE with SAP**, para brindar soporte funcional y técnico a la operación de una solución SAP S/4HANA en producción. Este rol será clave para garantizar la estabilidad, evolución y eficiencia de los procesos del negocio relacionados con la venta omnicanal, inventarios y análisis de comportamiento del consumidor.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Proveer soporte funcional y técnico en el módulo **SAP CAR**, incluyendo POSDTA, UDF, OAA, OPP y DDF.
- Analizar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con la operación en tiendas, canales digitales y centros de distribución.
- Participar en la mejora continua del modelo SAP CAR, proponiendo ajustes y mejoras alineadas con mejores prácticas.
- Colaborar con otros equipos funcionales y técnicos (SAP Retail, SD, MM, BW, PI/PO o BTP).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLAs).
- Apoyar en pruebas, validaciones y documentación de soluciones implementadas en el entorno productivo.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con las áreas de negocio y tecnología, alineando prioridades de soporte y evolución.

**Who You Are**

**Requisitos**:

- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en soporte o implementación de **SAP CAR**en entornos productivos.
- Experiência en al menos una **implementación bajo RISE with SAP**(Private o Public Cloud).
- Conocimientos funcionales en procesos de retail (ventas, inventario, canales omnicanal).
- Conocimientos de integración con SAP S/4HANA, POS, y herramientas analíticas (SAP BW o SAC).
- Capacidad para identificar y proponer soluciones sostenibles.
- Inglés técnico (para lectura de documentación y coordinación con equipos globales).

**Deseables**:

- Conocimiento en SAP Fiori para SAP CAR.
- Experiência previa con SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Familiaridad con herramientas de ticketing como Jira, ServiceNow, o Solution Manager.
