Senior Growth Manager

We are seeking a **Senior Growth Manager** to lead strategic growth initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive sustainable revenue expansion. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and market growth. You will play a critical role in designing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the market, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Identify new market opportunities, evaluate trends, and propose strategies for expansion.
- Analyze performance data to optimize sales processes and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company in networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in growth, sales, or business development roles.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Advanced negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
- English level B2-C1 (professional business communication).
- Leadership skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $25,000 - $40,000 MXN bruto mensual.
