The Warehouse Supervisor will be directly responsible for people and processes of a designated warehouse operations process area. This position Will develop and improve processes using lean manufacturing techniques. This leader will provide team building, goal setting, and change management. -Identify, develop, and implement process improvements into teams -Oversee and drive continuous process and cost improvement in designated area -Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance -Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area -Inform warehouse manager about personnel, process, and material concerns -Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy -Responsible for the overall operations management of an assigned area -Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. -Determines the resources and skills needed for the designated area to meet department objectives -Perform other duties as necessary or as requested by manager

Experiência y requisitos

BS in related field Supervisor or Team Lead experience Excellent manual dexterity, vision, and hearing Strong interpersonal & communication skills Ability to train & lead team members Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English. 75% Intermediate computer experience (knowledge of Microsoft Office)
