**Metadata Coordinator**

**DUTIES (Including but not limited to)**:

- Maintain and support the data integrity and organization of art and designs within the ERP system.
- Support the implementation and development of our Digital Asset Management System.
- Work closely with artists, licensing, sales, and other staff to ensure all art and designs are uploaded in a timely manner.
- Correspond with artist regarding accuracy of art and all designs.
- Ensure that all files are correctly structured to maintain integrity and usability of files.
- Work with your manager to review and implement new features and customizations for the ERP system.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in Photoshop and AI files
- Must be detail-oriented
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision
- Ability to input data accurately and quickly
- Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment
- Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks

**DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of pop-culture (preferred)
- Flexible and adaptive
- Clear, concise and helpful verbal and written communication

**WORK ENVIRONMENT AND/OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
Long hours of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $12,800.00 per month
