Tasks To administrate (Planning, organization, development, implementation and maintenance) the Continental Nogales Quality System to ensure the compliance with the IATF16949 standard as well as the Quality continuous improvement programs. "Internal and External Audit Results / Audits Completion and related KPIs including LPAs Lessons Learned Implementation Others" To provide assistance to groups in the documentation of procedures to support the internal Quality system and to ensure that our system is in compliance to the IATF16949 requirements. **Qualifications**: **Education**: Industrial Engineer or equivalent / Bilingual To be proficient in verbal and writing communication. 80%. **Professional Experience**: (At least 3 years minimum) experience in Quality Assurance management position in factory of medium to high volumes operation. To have (5 years minimum) of experience in IATF16949 or equivalent management Leader / champion in planning, documentation, training, implementation, maintenance of the Quality system.Previous experience in Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering areas.Automotive Experience required.
