Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator at an intermediate level to join our team. This role involves managing the daily operations, providing support, and resolving break-fix issues for our Atlassian suite of products, including JSM, Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie, and related tools, as well as supporting MS SQL requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Configure, maintain, and support Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) based on best practices.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports in Jira to meet business requirements.
- Manage user permissions and access in accordance with security policies.
- Perform Atlassian product upgrades and plugin installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and integrations.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Document configuration changes, procedures, and processes.
- Rebuilding/Enhancements of new or current projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Jira workflows, screens, fields, and reports.
- Experience with administering Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of permissions schemes and security configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Scripting or API Calls.
- Experience with MS SQL is a plus.
- Conversational and business English is a must.
