**A Day In The Life**:
As a P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of P2P Analysts specializing in invoice processing, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across the Latin American Zone. Reporting to the regional finance team, you’ll oversee the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, drive process improvements, and act as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
**Here’s what your day-to-day will look like**:

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of P2P Analysts, managing workload and performance.
- Process Oversight: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to KPIs across the invoice processing cycle.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Escalation Management: Resolve complex issues and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
- Compliance & Audit: Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and support audit activities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and key vendors.

We Are Looking For
**You’ll thrive in this role if you have**:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience in shared services centers or regional/international environments.
