The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it, as our **Jr Account Manager** **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: This role will support Porch's overall mission by ensuring we are establishing, maintaining, and supporting relations between PMG and its Service Providers that utilize our software services and service Porch Moving Group customers. As an AM your goal is to educate MSPs on the benefits of their account with PMG, find what their organizational goals are, ensure that MSPs understand the expectation of having an account with PMG, and in some cases negotiate MSP's rates. The AM Team is critical to PMG's success by monitoring MSP performance metrics, setting frequent check-ins and ensuring that our expectations are met by our supply network (MSPs). Account Managers help identify mutual wins that benefit both our MSPs and PMG. However, please note that you won't be able to start working without these minimum specifications, which means that you will need to upgrade before your start date, in case we will be extending an offer.
