**Hematology Analyzers Sales Manager**

Position Summary:
The Hematology Analyzers regional Sales Manager commercial manager is the business division expert in charge of Design, direct, execute and control sales strategies for IVD products (Hematology Analyzers mainly)through distribution channels ensuring compliance with stablished sales achievements, keep the profit according company policies and continued growth

Main Accountabilities:
1.Design commercial strategies
2.Maintenance of sales force, and ensure profit according to company policies
3.Increase income for the company
4.Schedule and execute follow up visits to each of the countries in the region if required
5.Follow up the opportunities, and know the market situation in each country
6.Support distributions network
7.Carry out sales activities and negotiate prices with distributors
8-Report quarterly sales progress
9.Sales Report by logistic area
10.Follow the business for each distributor
11.Keep the profit require for the company
12.Check the prices according sales force for each opportunity

**Required qualifications**:
1.Doctor, Hematologists, infectologist, Biologist, or related desirable

2.Solid experience commercialization of vitro diagnostic medical devices like**:Hematology Analyzers and otherclinical diagnostic devices**
