Sr. DevOps Engineer

We are hiring several Sr. DevOps Engineers with various experience levels for our Operations Center in Mexico City. We are expanding our global Operations Centers footprint by establishing a new Operations Center in Mexico City to serve the Americas (North America and LatAm) with roles representing product, technology, sales operations, inside sales, customer service and finance. This new Operations Center will build on the existing established Centers in Asia (India and The Philippines), Europe (Poland) and Americas (Costa Rica).

As a **Sr.** **DevOps Engineer** **at Thomson Reuters**, you will be responsible for continually looking to optimize systems and services for security, automation, performance and availability, while ensuring solutions developed, adhere and align to architectural standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that technology systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values. You’ll be able to deliver innovative solutions that impact our customers business every day and partner with teammates globally to develop innovatisolutions for the best products in the market. **About You**

You’re a fit our **Sr.** **DevOps Engineering **roles if you have:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of **DevOps or SRE** experience **_including_**:

- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Proven ability to solve complex problems independently
- Creative problem solving, troubleshooting skills and critical thinking
- Development of solutions for a critical enterprise software n-tier web products
- Effective time management, ability to plan and prioritize work
- Take ownership of problems, identify solutions and drive resolution
- Work well within a team environment and one on one
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with **Scrum** framework with hands-on agile delivery experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud services
- Excellent technical knowledge of operating systems (Linux and windows),
- Experience in working scripting languages such as **Python, GoLang, PowerShell**:

- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration tools such as** Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jira**:

- Good Understanding of ITIL framework
