Crear especificaciones funcionales, flujos de procesos, wireframes y user stories para guiar a los equipos de desarrollo.
- Configurar entidades, vistas, formularios, reglas de negocio y flujos de trabajo en Dynamics 365 CE.
- Usar conectores e integraciones con sistemas externos mediante herramientas de Power Platform.
- Desarrollar y mantener documentación de soluciones, artefactos de pruebas y notas de liberación.
- Ejecutar y coordinar pruebas funcionales, pruebas de aceptación del usuario (UAT) y resolución de defectos.
- Capacitar a los clientes, brindar soporte durante la puesta en marcha y realizar revisiones post-implementación.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con gerentes de proyecto, líderes técnicos y desarrolladores para asegurar el éxito en la entrega de principio a fin.
- Colaborar con los clientes para recopilar requerimientos funcionales y de negocio mediante talleres, entrevistas y revisión de documentación.
- Diseñar, configurar y optimizar soluciones usando los componentes de Microsoft Power Platform:

- Power Apps (Aplicaciones Canvas y Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (Automatización de flujos de trabajo)
- Power BI (Integración de tableros/reportes y requerimientos)
- Dataverse (Modelado de datos y roles de seguridad)
