Technical Lead,

**Job Overview**:
Invitro Capital is seeking a strategic and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing backend development efforts, solution design, and system architecture, guiding the team through complex technical challenges. You will play a crucial role in driving AI-based solutions and SaaS development, leveraging your expertise in Backend Technologies, AI, microservices, and cloud technologies. This position requires a strong technical background coupled with leadership capabilities. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor technical squads, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and solution design.
- Architect and develop robust backend systems using Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
- Design and manage microservices architectures with cloud integration on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Conduct thorough code reviews with an emphasis on scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI and SaaS products.
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, enhancing development workflows and deployment processes.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data management, utilizing SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for efficient and reliable data storage solutions.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives, providing clear insights into project progress and technical decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in backend development and software engineering.
- Extensive experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Advanced skills in Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
- Expertise in designing and architecting AI and microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of AI/ML tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Proficiency in using CI/CD tools, including Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with infrastructure management technologies like Terraform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a startup or venture capital environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
