We are currently seeking a PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

**PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant**

**Functional and Technical Leadership**:

- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM solutions, including modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expense, Inventory, Purchasing, and Cash Management.

**Project Management Skills**:

- Manage and oversee PeopleSoft FSCM projects from initiation to deployment, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors) to ensure project success.

**Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering**:

- Work closely with business users to understand their needs, gather functional requirements, and translate them into detailed design specifications.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for system operations.Experience in Developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards using PeopleSoft Query, nVision, and other reporting tools to provide key financial and supply chain insights.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 10+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM experience
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, Expense, Purchasing, Cash Management)
- Strong understanding of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, and other PeopleSoft development tools
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead complex implementations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of data migration, integration, and interface development
- Experience working with latest PUM Images and Oracle Fluid features
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
