**Escolaridad: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas o AFIN**

**Experiência**:
+5 años

**Conocimientos**:

- Buen conocimiento de la cadena de suministro.
- **Experiência necesaria en Blue Yonder WMS (Dispatcher WMS) e Infor WMS**
- **Conocimiento en aplicaciones ITSM.**
- Experiência en el departamento de Soporte.
- Capaz de iniciar e implementar nuevos enfoques y procedimientos
- Capaz de traducir la estrategia en planes operativos y en la ejecución
- Entrenamiento y desarrollo; gestión de personas; entrenamiento; manejo de conflictos; gestión del rendimiento
- Capaz de análisis sistemático y racional para identificar la causa raíz de los problemas
