Senior Data Analyst at BairesDev
We are in search of a Senior Data Analyst to lead our efforts in deriving strategic insights from data. In this role, you'll handle advanced data analysis, model complex scenarios, and provide recommendations that will influence key business strategies. Your expertise will support decision-making across various departments, ensuring our actions are grounded in solid data analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you mentor junior analysts and contribute to our data-driven culture.
What you will do
- Investigate system and monitoring alerts to identify and address potential service issues, collaborating with technical teams and external partners as needed.
- Lead initiatives to automate manual processes, increasing operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Regularly monitor and review reports and workflows, ensuring uninterrupted operations across various teams.
- Collaborate across departments, including development, product management, and finance, to address data discrepancies and support financial billing processes.
- Develop and document robust data and software solutions, enhancing the organization's data management capabilities.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in data management roles, particularly in supporting complex data solutions.
- Experience in data analytics within the digital advertising media sector.
- Leadership skills with experience in guiding and assisting team members in a multicultural, remote environment.
- Proficient with SQL and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to triage and prioritize issues effectively.
- Experience in Finance and Billing analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Advanced level of English.
