En **DICEX**, somos especialistas en comercio exterior y soluciones logísticas integrales. Estamos buscando un **Ejecutivo de Cuentas Local KAM** que se sume a nuestro equipo para impulsar el crecimiento de cuentas estratégicas, asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes y ser el enlace clave entre las áreas comerciales y operativas.

Responsabilidades principales:

- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a cuentas clave locales.
- Identificar oportunidades de **upselling y cross selling** para incrementar ingresos.
- Desarrollar y negociar propuestas de servicios integrales.
- Supervisar el arranque de cuentas, elaboración de SOP e indicadores de servicio.
- Monitorear rentabilidad, níveles de servicio y satisfacción del cliente.
- Actualizar y administrar el CRM (Hubspot).
- Ser el punto de contacto clave para resolución de problemas y comunicación con clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- **Licenciatura concluida** en Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Exterior o Administración de Empresas.
- **2 años de experiência** en:

- Ventas B2B.
- Comercio exterior, logística, transporte o aduanas.
- Conocimiento en importaciones/exportaciones y al menos dos modos de transporte.
- Manejo de **CRM**, MS Office y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Inglés avamzado
- Competencias y habilidades:

- Negociación con gerentes/directivos y manejo de cartera de clientes.
- Capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- Proactividad, dinamismo y disposición para viajar.
