**Core Responsibilities**- Build a strong strategy for short & mid-term consumer sales growth, increasing active consumer base, frequency, retention and building the brand. Aligning the strategic vision for new marketing plans with effective operational actions.-
- Drive product and commercial opportunities while monitor business performance, using relevant insights to accelerate demand in Adults and Kids audiences-
- Influence kids and adults Consumer Sales plan and forecast by using relevant data and performance tracking-
- Ensure a strong brand presence across all touch points, working closely with internal marketing, agency, market partners, and IP partners-
- Optimize the marketing and go-to-market approach to the needs of the new OESP approach-
- Collaborate with cross-functional and Regional Brand Managers, encouraging winning collaboration & communication-
- Lead local selling-in for successful deployment in LATAM-
- Develop and implement local launch and marketing activation plans to engage through LEGO® framework-
- Lead all brand and theme earned efforts as main driver for Public Relations and Influencers programs in LATAM**Play your part in our team **succeeding**

You will be joining the LATAM Brand/Trade Marketing team in the LEGO Mexico offices. This team is responsible for:
- Creating and fostering consumer demand in LATAM Markets by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus-
- End-to-end Marketing planning and execution from input into campaign development to execution with Trade Marketing and Sales across our different channels-
- Brand and category business planning and analysis while monitoring external competitive environment.**Do you have what it takes?**- 5+ years of experience as brand marketing professional in a regional environment with a proven track record showcasing a blend of commercial and strategic skills-
- Have consumer products and/or FMCG experience, and strong ability developing and implementing campaigns across OESP-
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform rather sophisticated findings to simple insights, directions and recommendations-
- Strong experience in PR and influencers as key mix to strength brand equity in LATAM-
- A collaborative approach - combined with a natural authority and ability to make decisions with both internal and external partners-
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic, cross-functional & regional team, with a wide network of partners and support a team environment while collaborating to achieve joint goals-
- A passion for and/or experience working with children as a target audience-
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas-
- Strong team leader, being able drive other partners through a go to market strategy and deliver results in a cross functional way-
- Previous experience from within the toy, family, gaming or entertainment industry. Digital/eCommerce experience is preferred-
- Strong and demonstrable project management skills with ability to manage complex processes-
