Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Program Administrator located in Juarez south Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Administrator role involves responsible for administration, monitoring and support of global and/or regional systems and metrics that are part of the Regional Strategic Planning.

What a typical day looks like:

- Help to establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
- Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
- Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas
- Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to CFT (Customer Focus Team) to resolve issues.
- Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
- Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
- Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
- Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
- Interact with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
- Review status reports prepared by CFT members and adapt schedules or plans as required.
- Prepare program reports for management, customer, or others.
- Assist in metrics development and tracking.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_
- Knowledge in data analysis
- Desirable experience in follow-up/support to commercial projects.
- Experience in supporting systems and metrics
- Advanced English.
- Experience in customer communication
