**Position Overview**:
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of real estate transactions, from equity and debt capital raising to advisory services. You'll be a key player in our team, supporting all stages of transactions, including planning, marketing, evaluation, and negotiation. If you're excited about financial modeling, market research, and making a meaningful impact in the real estate industry, this role is tailor-made for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare compelling offering and credit memorandums, teasers, roadshow presentations, financial models, and client presentations.
- Conduct in-depth market research, valuations, and competitor analyses.
- Dive into company, industry, and market research to provide critical insights.
- Take charge of third-party data room preparation and analysis.
- Perform meticulous due diligence on individual projects.
- Create term sheets matrix for debt and equity raising mandates, as well as hotel operator selection processes.
- Engage in direct communication with lenders, investors, and hotel operators.
- Craft insightful reports encompassing company profiles, market data, financials, acquisitions, and analyses.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in financial modeling.
- A solid grasp of corporate finance and valuation.
- Exceptional analytical thinking skills.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain excellent communication.

**Educational Background**:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
