Manage the team of account managers to contribute and improve upon existing client communication and support, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Oversee Account Managers (AM) who provide proactive support to hotels on new & existing features.
- Create account strategies, develop materials, coordinate events, lead projects from conception to final execution, and provide support and direction.
- Training, motivate, and mentor staff to reach goals.
- Create incentive plans for AM in order to increase contract services of hotel clients.
- Work with multiple departments to meet the needs of our hotel client.
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) progress reports on each AM. Establish progress reports on incentives and goals for upper management.
- Develop inside sales action plan to improve client retention and client product knowledge.
- Develop and organize the ReservHotel client conference (RH U)
**Tool and Experience**
- Experience in the Hospital industry is a must
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and tactics
- At least 3 years of previous experience in the travel/hospitality related field
- Command of English & Spanish language - verbal & written
- Ability to learn new system quickly and easily
- Self-started, independent worker, self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
