The role will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

**Accountabilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators across the organization, including T&D leaders, HR business partners and business unit leaders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for T&D Shared Services, addressing inquiries, providing mentorship, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with shared services teams to implement enhancements and address and issues or concerns raised.
- Find opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate updates, changes, and improvements to stakeholders a timely and clear manner, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns as need.
- Facilitate accurate and timely business demand forecasting for input into learning shared services resource planning.
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of T&D shared services.

**Essential skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or Organizational Development or related field
- 5+ years of experience in T&D or HR, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, relationship management and service delivery
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with collaborators at all levels
- Deep understating of Talent & Development processes, technology solutions and standard methodologies
- Extensive experience of leading change and process improvements within a customer facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills to a senior level. Ability to build rapport and develop credibility as a strategic partner
- Successful track record in influencing and negotiating change, both in leading new proposals and in positively shifting of existing opinions
- Experience at conflict negotiation and problem-solving
- A self-starter with a high sense of purpose, value-driven focus and willingness to take the initiative
